Tomenko Teryokhin and fear that the wine will be sold at every corner

MPs pay attention that in considering the project was voted an amendment that provides for the removal of special requirements and restrictions concerning the locations of retail trade table wines. As noted Tomenko, the amendment was adopted without proper reasoning and contrary to the overall strategy to tighten the regulation of legal manufacture and sale of alcoholic beverages. In particular, the appropriate limits of consumption and sale of low alcohol drinks and beer provided the proposed Tomenko, Natalia and Eugene Royal Suslova modifications to the Law On State regulation of production and circulation of ethyl alcohol, brandy and fruit, alcoholic drinks and tobacco (Bill roster. № 1171 ), who are preparing for a second reading.

According to Tomenko, the lifting of restrictions on the sale of table wines could lead to nekontrolirovannoy sale of alcoholic beverages by any persons in any field and any group of consumers, including minors. Parliament should not legalize the uncontrolled sale of alcoholic beverages, - he said.
