Commission on Privatization BP recognized the unsatisfactory work of State Property Fund in 2008
Special Control Commission on the privatization of the Verkhovna Rada of unsatisfactory work of the State Property Fund of Ukraine to implement the State program of privatization in 2008. This was reported in the information management of BP.

In particular, the report notes that the Law on State Budget for 2008 was set the task of the flow of funds from privatization of state property in the amount of 8,9 billion UAH. However, 12 December 2008 a plan of income from the privatization of the state budget of Ukraine was reduced to 14.7 times - up to 607 mln. This corrected the job FGIU fulfilled at 79.42%, are listed in only the state budget 482 million UAH.
According to commission members, the organizational work of the Fund to establish and conduct the privatization of state property during the reporting period was not effective. This message indicates that during the reporting period, the number of unprofitable enterprises in the management of FGIU increased by half.
The People's Deputies also believe that the State Property Fund and its regional offices did not provide an adequate level of control over the light of public property, leases of state assets and renegotiate.
Following discussion, the Cabinet of Ministers, in particular, encouraged to submit proposals to amend the legislation in part to reinforce the responsibility of state officials for the effective implementation of the control functions of corporate law. In doing so, the State Property Fund to take measures to ensure the objectives of the flow of funds from the privatization of the state budget this year.
