Shareholders “Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant” at an extraordinary meeting on January 12 decided on early termination of office of members of the current board of directors and audit committee of the company. Therefore CZP shareholders elected a new board of directors, comprised of:
• Vladimir Bagel - Rector GOU VPO “Ural State Law Academy;
• Oleg Melyuhov - Director of Corporate Relations OOO UMMC-Holding “;
• Igor Myskin - JSC “RCC”;
• Stanislav Naboychenko - President GOU VPO “Ural State Technical University-UPI;
• Andrew Panshin - General Director of JSC “CZP”;
• Tatarkin Alexander - Director of the Institute of Economics, Ural Branch RAS;
• Rinat Shakirzyanov - Deputy General Director for Commercial and financial matters Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant.
