Magnet will pay dividends in the amount of 1.46 rubles per share for 2008 and 4.76 rubles per share for the 1 st quarter of 2009
The shareholders of the retail network magnet for the annual general meeting on 25 June approved the annual report of the company, annual financial statements, including statements of income.
In the meeting also decided to pay dividends for 2008 of $ 121.54 million rubles, or 1.46 rubles per ordinary share.
In addition, the company will pay dividends on the basis of 1 quarter of 2009 in the amount of 396.25 million rubles, 4.76 rubles per ordinary share.
Thus, at the meeting approved the payment of dividends, totaling 517.8 million rubles.
Shareholders' meeting also defined the composition of the Board of Directors, which includes:
